- a Short History - Founding Information: Pro-W (Ukraine) was founded in 1995 in Kyiv by a Ukrainian-American businessman who wanted to bring to Ukraine Western-style services and products. The company has since flourished with the aid of young and energetic local Ukrainian associates and staff members, and with the consultative assistance of several Western business persons associated with the company. Experience: The founding members and staff of Pro-W (Ukraine) bring to the company over 30 years of varied and extensive international business experiences in the fields of: Consulting Services; Real Estate Development; Construction; Property Management; Real Estate Appraisals, Internet Business Development; Web Design; and Internet Portal and News operations. These services are the culmination of years of such related activities by the founding members in such countries as: USA, Japan, Korea, Ukraine, Philippines, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Egypt, Kuwait, and many other countries. 1) Consulting: The company has and is providing consulting services in such areas as: Business Development in Ukraine; Leisure Projects development; Real Estate and Industrial Project investing. Among our clients are: Pilleri Racing Group of Malta and Italy; PM Consulting & Trading of Cyprus; Downey Invest Praha sro of the Czech Republic, and Cerol Invest & Trade of Switzerland. 2) Internet Services: The company has initiated such internet projects as: The Portal www.Ukraine-Today.com; News Site: www.ProNas.net; Promotional work for the Opera: www.LvivOpera.org; Art of Ukraine site: www.Pronas.net/virtual-gallery; Golf in Ukraine site: www.GolfUkraine.com; Books E-Commerce site: www.Book-I-Vedi.com; Music E-Commerce site: www.ProstoMusic.com. 2) Construction: Multitude of construction projects (military, commercial, residential, and industrial) in the countries listed above. Included in these were large housing projects, offices, shopping centers, airports and port facilities, resorts, mosques/churches, and schools. 3) Property Management: property management experience consisted of managing properties owned by the companies and their founders in Guam, Florida, Ukraine, and New Jersey. 4) Real Estate Appraisals: Providing licensed Ukrainian and Western standards appraising services on Real Estate and Industrial projects for such clients as Austrian Raiffeisenbank Group, Honda, MEI Group, UkrTara, etc. Services in Ukraine: Pro-W (Ukraine) can provide any and all of the above services in Ukraine for the areas of Kyiv, Lviv, Cherkasy, and Crimea. Other areas would be covered by associates under the supervision of Pro-W (Ukraine). We pride ourselves in being able to provide these services effectively, at reasonable costs, and within the time frames agreed to between the parties.
