The building Site of 5000 m2 is located in the central part of Kiev, not far from T.Shevchenko Avenue, which is one of the key highways of the city, more precisely in the block between M.Kotsubinskiy, Pirogiv and B.Khmelnitskiy streets. Presence of the historical buildings gives this part of the city special atmosphere and flavour that attracts business people and tourists. Many business people want to locate their offices and shops here. The site of the Hotel designed is located in Radyansky administrative Dustrict of the city in the square of non-residential buildings Nos. 26, 28 and adjusted land along T.Shevchenko Avenue.

It will be possible to get to the Hotel by car from T.Shevchenko Avenue and Pirogov street. The description of the site's relief is the following. The site is located on the considerable slope, which is around 4 m along T.Shevchenko Avenue and around 3 m in the perpendicular direction. There is the 5-storied building (No. 26) from the east side. The site is confined with six four-storied buildings from the north side. There are 3-storied buildings on the site. The building No. 30 has been pulled down; buildings 26 and 28 are planned to be demolished.
The size of the site is 81 m (along T.Shevchenko Avenue) and 60 m in perpendicular direction. It the process of the site's analysis it was concluded that buildings No. 26 and 28 along T.Shevchenko Avenue do not have special historical value and can be pulled down (demolished) taking into account their physical wear.
