Elements of Reconstruction of Existing Hotel:
  - Total Number of rooms reduced from 391 to 356 to accommodate larger suites.
  - Existing room size will be increased.
  - Hotel will include better facilities for guests, including new restaurants, business center, health club, bowling, and even access to a golf course.
