Location: The President Hotel, Kyivskyj, is located at 12 Hospitalna Street, in the Pechersk District of Kyiv. This is a centrally located area in an “upscale” neighborhood in the center of Kyiv and next to the Olympic National Sports Stadium, the Exhibition Center, close to several Metro subway stations, the business district, Government offices, and less than 45 minutes from the International Airport. The Hotel is situated in a hotel and office complex that is ideally suited for conferences, exhibitions, shopping, sports activities and business dealings.

Project perspectives and needs
    At the present time, taking into consideration all the hotel facilities available in Kyiv, there is insufficient hotel space to accommodate even a modest convention. This was highlighted recently when the EBRD held a conference in Kyiv and had to scale back the participation due to the lack of suitable hotel space. Even when considering the reconstructions that occurred in the existing hotels in Kyiv, there is still a very limited amount of good 3 star and even less 4 star level of accommodations. There is no question that new 4 and 5 star hotel space is badly needed in this capital city of Ukraine.
    If Ukraine is to attract foreign investors and foreign participation in its industries and commerce, it needs to provide the level of accommodations that are common in other European cities.
